Domestic orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. International orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Estimated international delivery is 10–20 business days depending on location. We ship via reputable courier partners and provide tracking details once dispatched.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at work@jayacharan.com. We will assess and respond within 3 business days.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders cannot be cancelled as they may have already been processed for dispatch.

Prints

All measurements, where relevant, are included in product descriptions. The highest amount of care has been taken to ensure photography shows an accurate representation of the product you’re buying. Please bear in mind that screens do vary in color, so your screen may not show a true representation of the product on sale. If in doubt, please get in touch with us before purchasing to discuss. If you’d like a larger or smaller print than listed please contact us and we can arrange a bespoke price for you.
