SHIPPING DAMAGE

We take care to pack all products so that they won’t be damaged during transit. In the unfortunate event that a parcel arrives damaged, we will replace your purchase. In order to assess the damage, we will require notification from you within 5 days of receiving the goods, as well as a clear image of the damaged area. We assess all damage on a case-by-case basis, so the sooner you get in touch with us the easier it will be for us to help you.

RETURNS

We work hard to create high-quality products and therefore do not accept returns. If the customer is unhappy with the product(s) for any reason, please get in touch with us and after analyzing the issue, we may be able to issue a store credit or offer an exchange. Refunds are strictly not possible, please take care to purchase wisely.
